We were so grateful to be considered the production company for the Illinois State 2020 Census campaign.  We not only provided our production capabilities but we were also asked to deliver creative.  This 2-D animation was the last message of a two-part campaign.  The first video featured Mayor Lori Lightfoot, Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and Governor J.B. Pritzker.  This was the first time in my career that my work came back with no revisions to make!  The Mayor, Cook County Board President and the Governor all were very happy with our work.  As shooting became more problematic because of COVID, 2-D animation was chosen as the platform for part two of the Census campaign. One of the reasons I like using animation is that it increases the audience retention rate – The audience retention rate is the amount of time that the typical visitor spends watching your video. Whenever you can add any type of entertainment value to your production, you’ll increase audience retention.  You might want to consider some type of animation on your website!
